To submit a motion: You must submit three copies of the Motion form for the Secretary, President and Committee File.

Proxies

To complete a proxy: If you will not be attending the meeting, please appoint someone to vote on your behalf (any voting member – a rep, officer, or standing committee chair). It is important that you let that person know that you are appointing them and they should receive one of the completed forms from you. The Secretary is to receive the other. It is extremely important that every club in the USWCA be represented at the meeting.
